That data may include your name, contact information, financial and banking information, credit card information, tenant portal user name and password, and other data and information relating to your business and your lease of space from Flex Shops.

Flex Shops does not sell its tenants’ data or information to third parties. Flex Shops will only intentionally disclose your information and data to third parties to the extent reasonably necessary for Flex Shops to accomplish its business purposes, including to contact you, provide services to you, administer and enforce your lease, and in connection with our ownership and operation of the building, or to comply with applicable law or court order.

By providing the information and data to Flex Shops, and by interfacing with the tenant portal, you consent to the use by Flex Shops (and its agents and contractors) of your information as described above.
